Mild Goat Cheese topped with Mushroom and Artichoke Ragu and Garnished with Sweet Banana Peppers and Italian Parsley

Spaghetti & Meataballa
Chef Mario Batali's Cherry Tomato Marinara (add a touch of Basil at the end), Whole Wheat Pasta, and Chef Mike's Homemade Meatballs.


Chef Mike's Homemade Crab Cakes 

8oz lump Crab 
1 cup of Seasoned Bread Crumbs 
1/4 Cup of Mayo
1 Tbs of Hot Sauce 
1/2 of a Small Onion (small-diced)
1/4 Cup of Corn 
1 Pinch of Fresh Cilantro 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper 

Mix the first seven ingredients together season with salt and pepper to taste, then form the mixture into patties of your liking.
Pre-Heat a medium size skillet with a thin layer of Olive Oil. Once the oil starts to smoke lightly place the crab cakes into the pan leaving for about 2 mins on each side until golden brown, then place into oven on 350F for about 5 minutes.
